Privacy Policy
Evren Postası is a mobile app for sending messages to the universe, following reply journeys, drawing lucky cards, recording mood, joining tasks and using score and chat features. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, profile name, birth date, gender, zodiac sign, preferred language and subscription status.
- App usage: universe messages, replies, intention, date, score, mood records and lucky card history.
- Social features: chat messages, personal star name, match preferences, block and report records.
- Purchase data: product ID, purchase time, platform, verification state and granted entitlements.
- Device and security data: guest trial checks, push tokens, anti-abuse controls and basic operational logs.
How we use data
- To create accounts, manage sessions and provide a secure profile experience.
- To operate messages, replies, cards, mood, horoscopes, tasks, score and chat features.
- To verify purchases and safely grant extra messages, cards, fast replies and premium days.
- To send notifications according to user preferences.
- To reduce abuse, spam, fraudulent task completion and chat safety risks.
AI and local generation
Universe replies, lucky cards, horoscopes and mood guidance may be generated by a local response engine or an admin-configured AI Agent provider. AI outputs are for entertainment and self-reflection only and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Services we use
The app may use Supabase for backend infrastructure, Expo for mobile and notification workflows, Google Play and Apple App Store for purchase verification, and admin-configured AI providers for optional generated content.
Account deletion and data requests
You can delete your account from the app account settings or through the account deletion request page. Active account data is removed; limited records may be retained or anonymized where required for legal, payment, security or anti-abuse purposes.
