Personal Data Protection Notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed within the Evren Postası mobile app and evrenpostasi.com website under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by the publisher operating the Evren Postası app as data controller. For applications and contact requests, you can use destek@evrenpostasi.com.
Processed data categories
- Identity and account data: name, email, birth date, gender, zodiac sign, preferred language and account status.
- App usage: intention messages, replies, mood records, lucky card history, tasks and score data.
- Chat and safety: personal star name, chat records, match signals, reports, blocks and anti-abuse records.
- Purchases and subscriptions: product ID, platform, verification result, granted rights and transaction time.
- Device and notifications: device trial checks, notification token, basic technical logs and security signals.
Processing purposes and legal bases
- To provide account, session, profile, message, reply, card, horoscope, mood, chat and task features.
- To verify purchase and subscription rights, prevent fraudulent transactions and reduce abuse.
- To send reminders and in-app information according to notification preferences.
- To manage account deletion, support, safety, report and legal obligation processes.
These activities are carried out for contract establishment and performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, explicit consent where required, and security needs that do not harm fundamental user rights and freedoms.
Transfers
Data may be shared with infrastructure, notification, app store, purchase verification, analytics, security and AI Agent service providers only as required to operate the app. These providers may process data in Turkey or abroad under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Personal data is retained for as long as the account is active, feature history is needed, legal obligations continue or security records are required. Account deletion requests are handled through the in-app flow or the email channel on the account deletion page.
Your rights
Under KVKK, you may request information about whether your personal data is processed, the purpose of processing, correction, deletion, anonymization, objection to certain results and information about third parties to whom data has been transferred. You can send requests to destek@evrenpostasi.com.
