Delete Account Request
You can delete your Evren Postası account from Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account in the app, or send a request through the email channel on this page.
1. Send a request
Contact support from your registered email address.
2. Verification
We may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.
3. Deletion
Active personal data is deleted or anonymized.
How to request deletion
- Email destek@evrenpostasi.com from your registered email address.
- Use “Delete account request” as the subject.
- Include the email address connected to your account and clearly state your request.
What data is removed?
Active profile data, message archive, mood records, lucky card history, chat data and personal preferences are deleted or anonymized. Purchase proof, security records and anti-abuse records may be retained for a limited period when required.
